FULL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
WINIST manufactures air-activated disposable hand warmers. Iron powder reacts with oxygen in the air to generate heat, so no electricity, batteries or charging is required — the pack begins warming as soon as it leaves the outer wrapper — instant heat with no preparation, shaking or kneading. The same product is sold under several names: hand warmer, hot pack, heat pack, body warmer, adhesive body warmer, warming patch, heat patch, toe warmer and steam eye mask. Pocket types go inside a pocket or glove, adhesive types stick on the outside of clothing, and foot warmers (toe warmers) stick inside a shoe or boot.

The three HEAT FORCE products follow the specification printed on the package. Temperatures are given in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, as on the package.
Typical uses are winter outdoor activity — camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, golf and spectator sport — and outdoor work such as construction sites, logistics yards, security and parking management. They are also ordered in bulk as winter promotional giveaways, event handouts and corporate gifts. Adhesive types are applied over clothing on the stomach, lower back, knees or shoulders.

WINIST manufactures in its own factory in Seo-gu, Incheon, South Korea. The eight photographs below follow the production line in process order. The line is automated end to end, from pouch forming and filling through metal detection and checkweighing to carton sealing and six-axis robot palletising.
