Printing scope for custom hand warmers
We print your logo and artwork across the full front of the pouch. The whole front face can be used as a design area.
Send us a finished design file and we apply it as it is, or send only your logo and we prepare a layout proof for you.
Printing is done directly on the nonwoven outer fabric. It is not a sticker, so it does not peel off during use.
Choose from Large 150 g (14.5×12.5 cm), Medium 90 g (13×10 cm), Adhesive 50 g (13.5×10 cm) or Mini 25 g × 2 pieces (5.5×9.3 cm).
Minimum order quantity and pricing
The OEM minimum order quantity varies by product, but is around 100,000 units.

Production time for promotional orders
New OEM production takes about one month in the off-season and about two months in peak season.
Hand warmer orders peak in winter. For events from October onward, book your production slot early. If you have a fixed event date, include it in your inquiry and we will work back from it to confirm feasibility.

1. Inquiry
Tell us the quantity, product (Large, Medium, Adhesive or Mini), destination and delivery date, using the quotation form below or by email.

2. Proof
We place your logo or artwork on the pouch and send a proof. Revision requests are reflected.

3. Confirmation
We confirm the proof, quantity, unit price and delivery date. The approved proof is printed exactly as agreed.

4. Production and shipment
We produce in our automated factory in Incheon and ship to the address you specify.
Track record
WINIST has supplied body warmers to the Korea Military Welfare Agency (Army, Navy and Air Force) since 2005. In 2015 WINIST supplied 6,600,000 units as the lead supplier of body warmers for the Public Procurement Service of Korea.
WINIST has exported since 2006, starting with Japan, followed by Malaysia in 2013 and Russia in 2016, and sells its own brands on Amazon.com in the United States. In Korea, WINIST products are sold through Coupang, Homeplus, CU and GS Shop.
Shipping
We ship by sea freight in full or partial containers from Incheon, and by air for samples and urgent orders. Incoterms such as EXW, FOB and CIF are agreed per order.
Product specifications
Average temperature is 60°C (±5°C). Ingredients are iron powder, activated carbon, salt, a water-absorbing agent and diatomite. Shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture.
